Clifton Ave., San Carlos

The Clifton project is for a residential home remodel in the Cordes neighborhood in the hills of San Carlos California. The property is a contemporary-style house with panoramic views and a lot described as a hillside. It was expanded to become a 5 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, is 2,760 square feet, and sits on a 7,070 square foot lot. The home was built in 1976 and badly needed a facelift before our resale.
The whole project from beginning to end took less than 10 months and we were able to remodel at 3 bathrooms, adding a half bathroom, added an office/room, and remodeled the kitchen. We used top of the line appliances along with state of the art fixtures to modernize this hillside home. It is one of the most adored homes in the neighborhood as you can see from the sale price.

Curtis Ave., Willow Glen

The Curtis project was a complete rebuild for our client Kevin. We were able to complete the project and help Kevin make a sizable profit on this investment. The project is nestled in a prestigious custom-home neighborhood with easy access to vibrant Downtown Willow Glen. The property has five bedrooms, four and a half bathrooms with two bonus rooms for an office or study/game room. It is situated on a 10,000 square foot lot with 3,999 square feet of living space. Blair Ave., Sunnyvale

The Blair project was a complete rebuild as one of our most profitable development projects in 2023. We were able to complete the project build in less than 9 months. The project is located the Sunnyvale Cherry chase neighborhood . Great room concept creates a natural open flow between living room, family room and kitchen area. The property has four bedrooms, three and a half bathrooms with two bonus rooms for an office or study/game room. It is situated on a 6,273 square foot lot with over 1,900 square feet of living space.




Lynbrook Ave., San Jose

The Lynbrook project was a complete rebuild and addition of 2nd floor in the west San Jose Cupertino area. The project was a massive overhaul of a traditional 1 story house and converting it into a 2 story home for a multi-generation family. We were able to complete the project build in less than 10 months. The property has some unique features such as a meditation/office, ADA bathrooms and custom wood doors. Bird Ave., San Jose

The Bird Ave. project was a complete rebuild project for our company. We were able to turn a small 900 sq. ft. home and rebuild it to a new home of over 2,200 sq. ft. The property has four bedrooms, and 3 bathrooms with a spacious covered patio that was one of the highlights of the project.

Our vision was to turn this beat-down home on Haight street into a modern/contemporary 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom masterpiece. Upon completion, we transformed an out of date 1940's home into an urban beauty. Haight street project is perfect for urban living in the heart of SF. Open plan kitchen/living/dining with sleek, modern kitchen quartz counter-tops, subway tile backsplash, Bertazzoni range & refrigerator plus kitchen island with sink & dishwasher. Rock Canyon
Nestled in the heart of San Diego, 7215 Rock Canyon Drive was transformed into one of the San Diego's most unique and eye-catching short-term rental experiences. The San Diego Disco House is vibrant, retro-inspired which blends 1970s glamour with modern comforts, offering guests a playful, immersive stay unlike anything else on the market.
The full-scope renovation included complete cosmetic updates and extensive custom interior work. The property was carefully remodeled to support high-occupancy rental demands while reflecting a bold disco-era aesthetic throughout. From glittering mirrored walls to neon signage, shag carpets, vintage wallpaper, and statement lighting, every room was curated to immerse guests in a high-energy, 70s nightclub vibe.​ Each bedroom features unique design elements such as record wall art, velvet textures, and retro furniture, maintaining the disco theme while ensuring comfort.
The highlight of the installation of a dance floor, sound-reactive LED lighting, and a fully functional karaoke machine that enhances the fun factor of the home.
​The backyard was redesigned with a pool lounge area with a stunning view overlooking Mira Mesa and La Jolla.
Since its launch, the Disco House has become a standout Airbnb listing in San Diego, attracting influencers, event rentals, and weekend travelers. The fusion of creative design, solid construction, and Instagram-worthy moments has resulted in high occupancy rates and glowing guest reviews.




Delvin
Delvin is a property located in North Austin minutes away from the Domain. This project was taken on in the Summer 2022 after a massive remodel. This project took a little over 7 weeks, which is remarkable considering the transformation of the home.
This 4 bedroom, 2 bath home is equipped with a salt water pool, an arcade room, pool table, ping pong table, and a star wars themed game room, and a Kamado Joe grill for a traditional Texas BBQ. This charming Texas home is perfect for a family vacation, bachelorette/bachelor party or just a simple weekend vacation by the pool.




DK Ranch
DK Ranch is located in North Austin minutes away from the Austin Apple campus. This home is located in a quiet residential area with deers and doe roaming the neighborhood. This project was taken on in the Spring of 2024 after a massive remodel in partnership with Custom Home and CHB. This project took a little over 6 weeks, with a complete design of the pool area.
This 5 bedroom, 2.5 bath home is equipped with a commercial ball pit, an arcade room, pool table, ping pong table, and a completely remodeled heated pool.




Tamayo
Tamayo is located in North Austin walking distance from Apple and Ebay campuses. This project started in May 2023 as a vacation home and is turning into one of the most popular vacation rentals in Austin. This project was finished in little over 5 weeks, an incredible turnaround.
With a huge game room, 4 massive bedrooms, and 2.5 baths, this home holds up to 14 guests. Equipped with newly renovated heated pool + jacuzzi, a Finnish sauna, an arcade room with over 100000 games, pool table and even a slot machine, this home is a staycation hotspot. In the backyard also features a Kamado Joe grill and another electric starter grill, perfect for a traditional Texas BBQ.




Frostwood
​Welcome to Frostwood, a newly remodeled property nestled in a quiet neighborhood in North Austin near Parmer Lane.
This property has been recently remodeled in June 2023 and offers many of the amenities you would rarely find in an Airbnb. In addition, the upstairs game room, our designers commission a real still working condition working moped in the home. There are many wall and areas instagram ready. This home took under 4 weeks for the complete makeover, making it one of the quickest turnarounds in our portfolio.
